Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On October 3, 2019, Tempur Sealy International, Inc. (the "Company") announced that Richard W. Anderson, Executive Vice President of the Company and President of Tempur Sealy North America, will step down as an officer of the Company and from the executive team effective January 1, 2020. Mr. Anderson will continue to work on special projects as called upon by the Chairman and CEO of the Company.
