Aspirational Plan(5) ➢ On August 7, 2017, the Company implemented a new Aspirational Program in the form of performance restricted stock units tied to challenging performance targets. (2) On January 11, 2019, iMS, a customer, prior to its April 1, 2019 acquisition, filed a voluntary petition in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky seeking relief under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. In the fourth quarter of 2018, we recorded charges of $21.2 million associated with certain iMS-related assets on our Consolidated Balance Sheet as of December 31, 2018, primarily made up of trade and other receivables, to fully reserve this account at that time.
